Photographers & pro planners
A white-label event gallery where every guest finds their photos
Your clients see your logo. Their guests add their photos, selfie search sorts them, and the gallery carries your name.

How do you deliver guests' photos from a large event?
Add an Evokly gallery to your package: guests add their photos, selfie search sorts them, and everything carries your brand.

Why photographers add it to their offer
Clients keep asking for the guests' photos?
A QR code on the tables, guests add their photos, and your clients get a complete gallery on top of yours.
Everything carries your brand
Your logo, your colours, your emails. Your clients see your studio, not Evokly.
One more service in your offer
Selfie search finds every guest's photos. A concrete edge over other photographers.

Frequently asked questions
Will my clients see Evokly?
No: with Event Pro or Pro, the gallery and the emails carry your logo and your name, and a watermark in your name protects the previews. Only the gallery's address stays on evokly.io.
How much should I charge?
You set your own price. Many photographers offer it as an add-on to their package; with Pro at €149 a month for 10 events, the cost per gallery stays low.
Can I try it?
Yes: start for free (1 event, 100 photos, 15 days), or take Event Pro for a single client, with no subscription.
Where are my clients' photos hosted?
In the European Union. For a European photographer that removes the international transfer chapter of the GDPR from your file: no framework certification to verify, no standard contractual clauses to attach. A data processing agreement is available, and it is the document your corporate clients will ask for.
