What is the difference between Event, Event Pro and Pro?
Event (€69 one-off) covers a single event with a photo gallery, facial recognition AI and HD download. Event Pro (€199 one-off) adds full white-label and a custom watermark for 1 event — ideal for a professional photographer reselling photos from an annual event. Pro (€149/month) includes the same Pro features across 10 events per month, with a multi-client dashboard, ideal for photographers and regular organisers.
Why Event Pro at €199 rather than one month of Pro at €149?
Event Pro is built for an annual or one-off event: a single payment, no subscription to manage, no risk of forgetting to cancel, and 6-month retention included — the typical window for post-event sales. One month of Pro only gives you 30 days of platform access, after which you would have to resubscribe to get your photos back.
Pro monthly or Pro annual?
Pro monthly at €149/month, no commitment, is perfect to get started or run a trial. Pro annual at €1,490/year (equivalent to €124/month) saves you 17% — two months free — and suits photographers who have already validated how they use the platform.
Can I change plan at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. On a downgrade, your current plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Pro monthly has no minimum term.
What happens to my events if I cancel my Pro subscription?
Your events stay online but revert to the Event plan at the end of the period you paid for: facial recognition and HD download remain available, photo retention drops to 6 months (with a 14-day grace period before any deletion) and white-label is switched off. Any new events then fall under the free plan. To keep an event beyond 6 months (up to 12) and get white-label back, resubscribe to a Pro plan.
What is white-label?
White-label lets you fully customise the interface with your own brand: logo, colours, branded emails. Your clients see your brand, not Evokly. Available from the Pro plan onwards.
What happens after the retention period?
You will get an email reminder 7 days before expiry. You can download all your photos before deletion. If you have an active subscription (Pro/Enterprise), you can extend retention.
Is the data GDPR compliant?
Yes. Data hosted in the EU, encryption in transit and at rest, DPA available on request, facial recognition with explicit consent. See our compliance page for more detail.
