No: one payment for one event, with no subscription or renewal. The gallery stays online for 6 months.

Which currency am I billed in?

In the currency displayed: euro, US, Canadian, Australian or New Zealand dollar, pound sterling, Swiss franc, Israeli shekel, Swedish, Norwegian or Danish krone, as chosen at the top of the page. Agency and Enterprise are billed in euros.

What happens after the storage period?

You get an email reminder 7 days before the end, and you can download everything before deletion. For an Event or Event Pro event, you can also extend storage from your event.

Is the data GDPR compliant?

What's the difference between Event Pro and Pro?

Event Pro covers a single event under your brand (€199, one-off). Pro covers 10 events per month with a multi-client dashboard (€149/month).

Pro monthly or Pro annual?

Pro monthly at €149/month, no commitment, is perfect to get started or run a trial. Pro annual at €1,490/year (equivalent to €124/month) saves you 17% — two months free — and suits photographers who have already validated how they use the platform.

Need more than 10 events a month?

Agency covers 30 events per month (€349/month), with an address in your name. Beyond that, Enterprise (on quote) covers unlimited volumes, with SSO, a guaranteed SLA and an account manager.

What is white label?

Your logo, your colour and your name replace Evokly in the gallery and in the emails sent to guests, with a watermark in your name on previews. Available with Event Pro (one event) and Pro.

What happens to my events if I cancel my Pro subscription?

Accepted Answer

Your events stay online but revert to the Event plan at the end of the period you paid for: facial recognition and HD download remain available, photo retention drops to 6 months (with a 14-day grace period before any deletion) and white-label is switched off. Any new events then fall under the free plan. To keep an event beyond 6 months (up to 12) and get white-label back, resubscribe to a Pro plan.

Can I change plan at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. On a downgrade, your current plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Pro monthly has no minimum term.
