Send photos from a folder automatically

For a photo booth: the page watches your tethering software's folder and sends each new photo to the gallery. With Event Pro or Pro.

Updated November 3, 2026

Open Add photos

In your event, open Add photos. The Watched folder block sits below the usual upload. It works in Chrome or Edge, on a computer.

Choose a moment

Tap a moment if the booth photos should be sorted into it. You can change it while watching: the new moment applies to the next photos.

Choose the folder

Choose the folder: select the folder where your tethering software (Lumix Tether, Capture One, Lightroom) saves the photos, then allow Evokly to read it. Tick Also send the photos already in the folder if it already holds photos of the event.

Keep the tab open

The page reads the folder every 3 seconds. A photo is sent as soon as the software has finished writing it, and joins the gallery a few seconds later. Keep the tab open and visible, and the computer awake.

Good to know

  • Formats sent: JPEG, PNG, HEIC, WebP, GIF and videos (MP4, MOV, AVI, WebM). RAW files are skipped: set your software to also save a JPEG.
  • Subfolders are read too, up to three levels deep.
  • A photo already in the gallery is not sent a second time.
  • Pause stops sending; when you resume, the photos added in the meantime are sent.
  • After reloading the page, click Resume watching: photos already sent are not sent again.
  • Booth photos are filed as the photographer's photos in the gallery.
  • Available with Event Pro, the Pro subscription and the Agency plan.
