Delete an event or your account
Deletion is permanent, so download your photos first. Here's how to delete a single event, or your whole account.

Delete an event
Open the danger zone
In Settings, scroll down to Danger zone (visible to the event owner only), then Delete event.
Confirm
Type DELETE, then Delete permanently. It's immediate: photos, videos, guestbook messages and selfies are erased, and both the QR code and the gallery link stop working.
Delete your account
Request deletion
In My account, click Delete my account…, type DELETE, then Send me the deletion link.
Confirm by email
Open the link you receive (valid for 24 hours), then Delete permanently. Everything goes: your events and their photos, your brand, your profile and your co-organiser access. An active subscription stops straight away, with no refund for the period already started.
Before you delete
- Download your photos: Download all, in Gallery & moderation for each event.
- Download your invoices from Plan & invoices.
