Manage your Pro subscription
Subscribe to Pro, track your events for the month, change card, cancel or reactivate: it's all done in Plan & invoices.

Subscribe
In Plan & invoices, in the Upgrade to Pro section, choose the Billing cycle (monthly or yearly), then Subscribe to Pro. You can also start from the Pricing page: Choose Pro.
Track your month
Your subscription card shows the date of the next payment. This month counts the events you've created out of the 10 included, and shows the date the counter resets.
Change card
Payment method opens the secure area of Stripe, our payment provider.
Cancel or reactivate
Cancel subscription, at the bottom of the page: your subscription stays active until the end of the paid period, then stops. Until then, Reactivate subscription undoes the cancellation.
Good to know
- When the subscription ends, the events created with it move to the Event plan: they stay online, with their storage period reduced to 6 months at most.
