Upgrade an event to the Event plan
Started on the free plan? Upgrade to Event from the event's page, without leaving it: hidden photos appear straight away.

Open the Upgrade to Event window
On your free event's page, click Upgrade. The Upgrade to Event window compares the free plan with Event and shows where you stand (visible photos, contributors).
Pay without leaving the page
Click Upgrade to Event, with the price shown in your currency. You pay by card in the window, secured by Stripe. It's a one-off payment, not a subscription.
It's active
The Event is active screen shows the date your gallery is kept until. It offers to Turn on selfie search or Launch the Photo Wall.
What changes straight away
- Photos and videos hidden beyond the free limit appear.
- The gallery is kept for 6 months after the event date.
- Selfie search and the guestbook are turned on; you still need to turn on photo challenges in Settings.
Good to know
- Only the person who created the event can pay to upgrade it to Event.
- Event Pro (your brand on the gallery) can only be chosen when you create a new event.
