Download the photos from your event
One photo at a time or the whole gallery as a ZIP, in original quality. Who can download on each plan, and how long you have.

Download the whole gallery
In Gallery & moderation, click Download all: your browser prepares a ZIP file of the photos and videos, in original quality. A large gallery is split into several archives of about 400 MB. Included from the Event plan.
Or one photo at a time
Open the photo and choose Download. As the organiser, you can do this on every plan.
Let your guests download
From the Event plan, your guests can download photos one by one or the whole gallery, as long as Allow downloads is on (it is by default, in Settings, Features). On the free plan, they cannot download.
How long do you have?
- Free plan: 15 days after the event date (at the latest 30 days after the event was created).
- Event and Event Pro: 6 months after the event date.
- Pro: 12 months after the event date.
You are notified by email before the end. On the expiry date, the gallery and its files are permanently deleted: download everything before then, or extend your gallery.
