Free for your birthday party
Every photo from the birthday, in a single gallery
Every guest photographs the party on their own phone, and it all stays stuck across ten different handsets. With a QR code on the table, each photo joins the same gallery, while the party is still going.

How do you collect the photos guests took at a birthday party?
The simplest method is a shared gallery reachable through a QR code. Print the code and put it on the table or next to the buffet: each guest scans it with their phone camera, adds their photos in a few seconds and browses everyone else's. There is no app to install and no account to create, and the photos stay at original quality, unlike a WhatsApp group that compresses them.
The moments that make the album
The setup and the decorations
The laid table, the cake before the guests arrive, the balloons: those photos are taken by one person and usually end up forgotten. In a shared gallery, they open the album.
The cake and the candles
Ten phones go up as the candles are blown out, and nobody ever shares anything. With the gallery, ten angles on the same breath sit side by side, including the one where everyone is laughing.
The presents and the reactions
The real value is in the faces: the surprise, the fits of laughter, the hugs. Those are the photos you still look at ten years later, and guests are always the ones who take them.
Photo challenge ideas
The funniest photo with the guest of honour
Every guest tries their best face or pose, and the birthday host picks the winner at the end.
Before / after the party
The same room or the same group photographed on arrival and then at the end of the night.
One photo per generation
From the youngest to the grandparents: the album ends up with everyone at the table represented.
Which plan for your birthday party?
For a small birthday gathering the free plan is often enough: 100 photos and 10 contributors for 15 days. For a bigger party, or so everyone can find their own photos with a selfie, the Event plan at €69 (one-off payment) removes every limit and keeps the gallery for 6 months.

Frequently asked questions
Do guests have to install an app?
No. They scan the QR code with their phone camera and land straight on the web gallery. Even grandparents manage without help: scan, tap add, that's it.
Is a birthday photo QR code really free?
Yes, for a birthday of normal size. The free plan covers one event, 100 photos and 10 contributors, with the gallery online for 15 days, no card needed. The QR code generator on its own is also free, with no sign-up. The Event plan at €69, a one-time payment, makes sense for a big party, for letting everyone find their photos with a selfie, or for keeping the gallery six months.
Can the gallery be created on the day itself?
Yes. Setup takes 2 minutes: event name, date, and the QR code is generated immediately. You can show it on a phone or print it just before the party.
Where should the QR code go during the party?
On the cake table, at eye level, with a short line inviting guests to scan: it is where everyone passes and already has their phone out. Add a second one near the buffet or the drinks, and put it on the digital invitation so guests can also add their photos after the party.
What happens to the photos after the party?
The gallery stays online for 15 days on the free plan and 6 months on the Event plan, and a reminder email warns you before it expires. Photos stay at original quality: on the free plan you download them one by one; on the Event plan the whole gallery comes in a single download.
For a child's birthday, do the photos stay private?
Yes. Only people who have the QR code or the private link can reach the gallery. Nothing is public, nothing is indexed, and you can switch on moderation to approve each photo before it appears.
How do you prepare the gallery for a surprise party?
Put the QR code on the digital invitation sent to the people in on the secret, with one request: add one or two old photos with the guest of honour before the day. The gallery then opens already full of memories, and the birthday person discovers it along with the party. For a child's birthday, send the link to the parents' group instead: they are the ones taking photos, and many arrive in the evening.
