Frequently asked questions

Can colleagues add older photos, not just ones from the party?

Yes. Anything in the phone's gallery can be uploaded, so older team photos and trip pictures can join the album alongside the ones from the day.

Can the person leaving keep everything?

Yes. The full gallery downloads as one archive at original quality, so they leave with the files rather than a link that eventually expires.

Is the gallery visible outside the company?

No. Only people with the QR code or the private link can open it. Nothing is public or indexed, and the organiser can remove any photo.

Can we brand the gallery with the company's identity?

Yes, from the Event Pro plan onwards: logo, colours and a custom watermark, so the gallery matches the company rather than looking like a generic tool.
