Frequently asked questions

Do employees need to install an app or create an account?

No. The gallery opens in the phone's browser from the QR code or the link, so colleagues add their photos in a few seconds, whatever phone they use, without asking IT for anything.

Can we show the photos on a screen during the party?

Yes, from the Event plan onwards. The Photo Wall displays new photos live on a screen or projector, and the organiser can remove any photo at any time.

What about colleagues who would rather not appear in the photos?

The gallery is private: only people with the QR code or the link can open it, and the organiser deletes any photo on request. Facial recognition only applies to colleagues who choose to use it, with their explicit consent, and the photos are hosted in the European Union and used for your event only.

Can remote colleagues or other offices take part?

Yes. The link works from anywhere, so remote teams can add their own photos, or simply follow the evening from the gallery.
