Frequently asked questions
Can we choose what the bride or groom gets to see?
Yes. As the organiser you moderate the gallery and can remove or hide any photo before sharing the link. Nothing is visible to anyone who does not have the link.
Does it work without Wi-Fi?
Uploads need a connection, but they queue: photos added with poor signal upload as soon as the phone reconnects. Nothing is lost in the meantime.
Can videos be added too?
Yes, videos upload the same way as photos and appear in the same gallery. They keep their original quality rather than being re-encoded down.
How long do we have to download everything?
Fifteen days on the free plan, six months on the Event plan. You can download the whole weekend as a single archive whenever you want.
